This week on The Young and the Restless, Mariah was released on bail into Sharon’s care. After Mariah again rejected Tessa’s attempts to reach out, Tessa declared she was done. Daniel assured Tessa they’d get through it together. Mariah attempted to apologize to Abby and Devon, but Abby ordered her to stay away from Dominic. Christine reprimanded Mariah for undermining her legal strategy by contacting the Winters family. Dominic readily approached Mariah in the park and said he was sorry for ruining their game. Christine defended Mariah’s release to Abby, who was appalled that Mariah was free. After realizing Billy would always put Chancellor first, Sally ended their relationship and moved out. Audra was elated when Sally named her co-CEO, and they decided to rename the company Spectra-Charles Media. Victor refused to let Lily and the twins go until Cane got Newman Enterprises back from Phyllis. Devon and Nate compared notes about not hearing from Lily. Cane appealed to Daniel to help Lily by convincing Phyllis to do the right thing. Noah returned from L.A. and informed his parents that Sienna was taking time to consider joining him in Genoa City. Nick continued to struggle with pain from his leg injury and discovered that he was out of refills on his medication, although he claimed he still had plenty of pills left. Nick’s loved ones noticed his uncharacteristic rage. Nick hid the baggie of fentanyl in his pocket from Sharon. Sharon became concerned when Nick suddenly seemed pain-free. Billy gleefully took over the offices at Chancellor and accused Jack of being upset that Billy had been the Abbott to best Victor. Billy expressed remorse to Nikki that she was collateral damage in Victor’s war. Victoria plotted an attack against Phyllis and Billy. Billy was livid when Victoria arranged for Johnny and Katie to return to boarding school without consulting him. The Newmans worried what Victor was up to when he seemingly disappeared. Claire admitted to Holden that she’d joined him in L.A. to dig up dirt on Audra, and she’d learned the art dealer had vanished after his altercation with Audra and Holden. Claire opted to stop seeing Holden until he told her the whole story.
