This week on The Young and the Restless, Sienna overheard Nick and Noah discussing Nick’s plans to get rid of a captive Matt, and she turned to Victor for help. Sienna admitted that she couldn’t see having a future with Noah. Victor convinced Nick to turn Matt over to him. Victor allowed Noah, Sienna, Sharon, and Nick to verbally lash out at Matt before dragging Matt away. Nick, who continued to struggle with pain from his leg injury, found a bag of pills in his pocket. The next morning, Nick woke up on Sharon’s sofa with no memory of how he'd gotten there. Victor dodged Nick’s inquiries about Matt’s fate. The Newmans banded together to attempt to fight Cane’s AI attack. Victor blew up when he walked in on Jack consoling Nikki over the potential loss of Chancellor. Sally blasted Cane for offering to give Chancellor to Billy. Sally warned Billy not to trust Cane, but Billy believed Cane’s motives were sincere. Sally refused to make the decision for Billy and implied that she’d have her own decisions to make. Jack objected to Billy resurrecting his obsession with Chancellor, but Billy insisted that he’d be protecting Katherine’s legacy. Phyllis stormed off after Daniel expressed dismay that she’d destroyed a family business. Phyllis was livid when she learned Cane planned to hand over Chancellor to Billy. Victoria informed Cane that she’d talked to Mattie and Lily, and he’d lost his family forever because of his latest maneuver. Victoria announced that she’d filed a report with the FCC, and there would be an investigation into Cane and Phyllis’ actions. After some contemplation, Billy accepted Cane’s offer. Victor called Jill for assistance dealing with Cane. The Abbotts resumed operations at Jabot. Audra asked Amy for forgiveness, but Amy balked when she sensed Audra was lying about her past with Holden. Expecting Billy to let her down again, Sally intended to push Jill to let her hire Audra. In a cheap motel room, Mariah doodled Dominic’s name and later called Abby from a burner phone, but she hung up without saying anything. Mariah looked through surveillance photos of Abby, Devon, and Dominic on her phone. Mariah envisioned Ian imploring her to go through with their plan.
