This week on The Young and the Restless, Cane and Phyllis finalized their takeover of Newman Enterprises and forced the Newmans out of their offices. Victoria was irked when Victor refused to include her in his next steps. Victor enlisted Adam’s help to in a plot to make Cane believe Lily and the twins were in danger to get him to negotiate. Adam caved into Chelsea’s request to tell her about the plan, but he was taken aback when she shared the information with Nikki. Nikki insisted that they let Lily in on the plan. Nick warned Phyllis that she’d end up alone. Summer refused to take Phyllis’ calls. Michael informed Noah and Sienna that Victor had turned Matt over to the police. Noah wanted to stay in Genoa City, but Sienna opted to go back to L.A. Nick and Sharon were dismayed when Noah decided to join Sienna and run The Shadow Room together. Sally learned that Jill had suffered a major health setback and implored Billy to reach out to his mother. Billy made amends with Jill but deliberately neglected to mention his deal with Cane to take over Chancellor. Sally decided to hire Audra without Jill’s permission, and Audra accepted Sally’s job offer. Plagued by visions of Ian, Mariah stalked and later kidnapped Dominic by convincing the tot they were playing an elaborate game of hide-and-seek. Abby and Devon panicked when they realized their son had gone missing. Abby and Devon found a scarf that Tessa later identified as a custom gift she’d given Mariah, but Tessa’s tracking app indicated that Mariah was in Florida. Tessa revealed to Abby and Devon that Mariah had never returned home after seeking mental health treatment. After Mariah and Dominic left town by car, the police discovered motel surveillance footage that showed the two together. Harrison attempted to play matchmaker with Kyle and Claire by having them play a game that proved they had a lot in common. Kyle and Claire gently explained that they were just friends, but they would both always be there for Harrison. After separately contemplating the possibility of a reunion, Claire invited Kyle to dinner.
