The Young and the Restless Spoilers, May 21: Victor and Nikki put their differences aside to help Nick

Here are your spoilers for The Young and the Restless episode airing Thursday, May 21, 2026, as Victor and Nikki put their differences aside to help Nick, also, Lily and Holden arrive in New York, and Jack has a change of heart about Patty.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has not changed his mind about Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and that's a sticking point when it comes to getting to reunite with his beloved wife, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott).

On Thursday's show, watch for Victor and Nikki to put their differences aside to help Nick. And Nick sure needs some help these days. The upstanding guy is actually planning to do away with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), and Nick is still battling a drug addiction.

Will Victor and Nikki be successful in calling a truce to help Nick? And if it works, will they remain on the same page and reunite for keeps?

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) haven't been siblings for very long, but they are going on a trip together. On Thursday's episode, watch for Lily and Holden to arrive in New York. That's where their father, Malcolm (Shemar Moore), is getting treatment for his aplastic anemia.

Cane (Billy Flynn) turned out to be a match, but his role in the whole AI takeover of Newman has kept him in Genoa City -- for now.

So, unfortunately, Lily and Holden aren't going to the Big Apple to see the sights! The two are united in wanting their father to have a successful recovery, but they'll also be able to spend time together and bond. If Malcolm recovers, the two siblings will celebrate together! If he takes a turn for the worse, Lily and Holden will be there to support one another.

Jack wasn't ready for marriage when he wed Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) all those years ago. He didn't do right by her, and he's still paying for that today. We recently saw Jack try to win Patty over to his side when they shared some time at the bar at Society. Patty confirmed that Victor was responsible for setting them up to have their romp on the yacht.

Patty's not insisting that the booze they had on board wasn't drug-free. On Thursday's episode, watch for Jack to have a change of heart about Patty. Does this mean he's going to embrace her for sharing information about Victor that will give Jack a chance at winning Diane (Susan Walters) back? Or is Jack going to be back to seeing Patty as the enemy?
