The Young and the Restless spoilers for this week tell us that Kyle and Claire will discuss unfinished business. That couldn't possibly have to do with their broken relationship, could it? Claire has been trying to find herself for months. Has she finally decided that she wants Kyle back? Or does the spoiler refer to their previous alliance to uncover the secret between Audra and Holden?
Kyle and Claire on The Young and the Restless
About a month ago on The Young and the Restless, Kyle (Michael Mealor) finally told Claire (Hayley Erin) that he's done waiting around for her to come back to him. We all did a happy dance that he finally woke up and realized it was time for him to move on.
But a spoiler for this week teases that he and Claire discuss unfinished business. We're sure that she doesn't want him back -- not yet, at least. She is still drawn to Holden (Nathan Owens). We assume the spoiler has to do with the agreement that Kyle and Claire made a couple of months ago, when they decided to join forces to take down Audra (Zuleyka Silver) by finding out what she's been hiding about her past in L.A. Kyle's alliance with Claire was dropped, for some reason, so we're thrilled if the Y&R writers are finally revisiting it.
Kyle seems much stronger without Claire in his life
Kyle made the right move when he let Claire go. He seems like a stronger person, and we need to give him kudos for the way he's been there for his family. We never expected that Kyle would order the Abbott family's security team to follow the Newmans and capture Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), so they could use him as leverage against Victor (Eric Braeden). Apparently, Kyle thinks a lot more clearly when he isn't moping over Claire.
We only hope that he sticks to his guns and doesn't start moping again, once they start spending time together again, and they renew their plan to go after Audra. Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters) really need Kyle to stay focused on protecting Jabot Cosmetics from a possible attack from Victor -- especially now that Victor caught Jack embracing Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). The jealous Mustache is sure to go after Jack again, with guns blazing!
It's time for this secret to come out
It's time for the other Genoa City residents to learn about this L.A. secret on The Young and the Restless. We had to wait almost a year to find out what the secret is. Now, it's time for Kyle and Claire to find out, too. It will be interesting to see how they plan on exposing Audra, although Holden really needs to be exposed more than Audra does. He's the one who killed the art gallery owner (accidentally) and then buried his body in an unmarked grave.

We still hope that the Y&R writers pull a J.T. Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill), where we find out that the gallery owner is still alive and he crawls out of his grave to hunt down Audra and Holden! We need to see some forward motion with this storyline. It's a good one, but it's time for the explosive secret to come out. How will Claire view Holden once she finally learns the whole secret? Only time will tell!
