On the Thursday, October 15, 2026, episode of The Young and the Restless, Victoria and Kyle played with fire, Victor grew suspicious, and a fun time was had by all the night before Billy and Sally's wedding.

Caught in the Act?

At their secret apartment, Victoria realized she had slept over again when her alarm started going off. Victoria and Kyle decided to have some morning sex. Afterwards, as they prepared to leave, Victoria declared that Billy deserved to find some happiness and was glad he was starting a new chapter in his life. Victoria admitted that Billy was the person who loosened her up after years of being uptight.

Victoria also didn't think they needed a cosmetics war cover because nobody seemed to be onto them. After Kyle left, Victoria panicked a bit when Victor called. He reminded her that she had a meeting and she shouldn't be late. Victoria got her top on and took the video call, hoping she looked professional with a blanket over her legs.

After the meeting, Victor called his daughter and informed her that he was on the call as well. He was just incognito, so she hadn't known he was there. Victor had a few questions for his daughter. He wanted to know where she was because the background didn't seem familiar. Victoria brushed off the questions and said she was with a friend.

Victor didn't buy it and asked Victoria, "If this has anything to do with that punk, Abbott?" You can't ever put one past The Mustache, but Victoria tried as she laughed her father's accusations off.

Getting Ready...

Sally and Coco caught up on life in their GCAC suite. Sally detailed the Abbott life of luxury to Coco, who reminded her they had known the Los Angeles Forresters, so she certainly knew what the rich life was like. When gift time began, Sally was touched and emotional when Coco handed her a feather necklace that Sally had given her sister as protection when they were growing up in a carnival, like in the story Dumbo.

Sally confessed that she and Billy almost opted for a carnival-themed wedding before ultimately agreeing to go with The Great Gatsby.

"Thank God you didn't go with that. You don't need loud music or flashing lights. You sparkle enough," Coco said.

Rehearsal Dinner Time

It was family time at the Abbott mansion when Billy told Jack that Sally wanted to have the rehearsal dinner there. The brothers shared a warm moment in which Jack told Billy how proud he was of him. Billy admitted he was nervous, but didn't have time to say much more because Ashley arrived, fresh from France. With Traci also there, Jack grew emotional to have all his siblings there at the same time.

Soon, Diane and Kyle joined them, followed by Coco and Sally. Coco made the acquaintance of the other Abbotts, who awkwardly asked about carnival life. Sally and Coco didn't seem to want to talk about their childhoods and hedged the questions. "I couldn't stand to eat cotton candy or popcorn for years," Coco said.

When they all sat around the dining room table, Aunt Sally and Grandma Shirley sent Coco a text with questions for Billy. They made a video of Billy's answers, as requested. The questions were about Billy and his penchant for ruining relationships.

"Listen, I have made plenty of mistakes, which is why I am grateful and thrilled that you're willing to hear me out. Historically, you can say that I'm a screw-up...the truth is I have been the author of my own misery. But I promise you that I will never willingly hurt Sally. She has a heart of gold. She is generous, loving, kind, funny, brilliant, and incredibly gorgeous and she doesn't know the meaning of defeat," he told the camera.

The group made some more small talk over dinner, with Coco telling Traci that she loved her books. Jack also grew serious as he welcomed Sally and Coco to the family.

"Sally, you are now part of this family. You have made my brother the happiest of men and for that, everyone in this room is immensely grateful. The Abbott house is yours now. You walk in that door, and you will be treated with respect, support and love, and that's just the deal," Jack said.

Sally broke down in tears as Traci proposed a toast to family and love.

After Dinner Time

When the meal was complete, the group took things into the living room where more awkward small talk was made and Diane got to touch Sally's belly and feel the baby kick. They had a few laughs about baby names and the mystery gender before Sally also got emotional.

Billy wanted Sally to come home with him, but she was determined to keep things traditional, and insisted she would stay in her suite at the GCAC. When Billy and Sally left, Diane decided that Billy was perfect for a person who grew up in a carnival life.

"I think it makes sense that Sally and Billy found each other. They both led lonely childhoods, made some mistakes, and at some point, followed their worst instincts. Am I crazy or is this a love that could last?" Jack asked.

As for Billy, he took Coco and Sally back to the GCAC and finally agreed to leave. The wedding was the next day and they didn't want anything to go wrong.

Kyle also left right after dinner and returned to Victoria. He had seen the call she took from the waist up and was highly impressed. They then ended the episode the way they began it.
